 Hello Monica Attard here with Sunday Profile well, Europe's Christian Democrats are licking their wounds - in the elections last week to the European Parliament, voters decided to punish their national governments - instead voting for the extreme left and right. Amongst the winners - our guest; the most talked about politician in Europe - Geert Wilders.

Like it or not, in the election last week European Union wide, for members of the European Parliament, 17 per cent of the Dutch vote went to that country's Party for Freedom, led by Geert Wilders. It garnered the second highest vote in the Netherlands after the ruling Christian Democrats.
