The conference, held in New York, was sponsored by the Center for Security Policy and honored Roger Ailes, Chairman and CEO of Fox News and Chairman of Fox Television Stations, Inc., with the Mightier Pen Award. Nunberg participated in a panel called, Growing Censorship of Free Speech. Moderated by the Honorable Rep. Fred Grandy, former congressman, radio talk show host, and the Executive Vice President of the Center for Security Policy, other panelists included Brooke Goldstein (The Lawfare Project) and Andrew McCarthy (Senior Fellow & Contributing Editor at the National Review).
