On Monday, March 5th, 2012, LP Director Sam Nunberg was interviewed on The Curtis Sliwa Show on 970AM The Apple. He discussed the growing current controversy over the NYPD surveillance program. Director Nunberg also highlighted The Middle East Forum's endorsement of the rally "American Muslims Support NYPD" lead by Dr. Zuhdi Jasser and Cong. Peter King at One New York Plaza. The Legal Project will continue to closely monitor this situation and advocate in support of the NYPD surveillance program and the coalition of Muslim groups supporting the NYPD.
